All the time so many people are asking questions in message boards about the latest and greatest fad diets, even though they already joined weight loss programs. If you're also one who of those that runs after fad diets, I want to ask you one little question: Why is it that you are searching for another diet plan? Aren't you happy with your current weight loss program, and if not, why not? What is wrong with your current existing diet plan? Why is it not enough for you? In this article I'll explore some of the reasons why you may not be able to lose that extra weight.
1. Are you unable to stop eating your favorite foods? You know, every one has been there and done that. Once under a diet, you resolved to never touch the so-called 'forbidden foods', but you then break that resolution on more than one occasion. My question is - do you want to find out the best diet plan just because you're not able to get rid of the forbidden foods and are unable to lose the extra weight that you would like to get rid of? Do you really think there is a single diet plan on earth that can help you lose extra weight without you having to restrict your food intake? Before you shake your head, let me tell you that most diet programs have their own restrictions. The best diet plan is one that gives you the least amount of restrictions on your food habits. If you ever find such a diet plan, you should stick to it throughout your life because it's worth its weight in gold!
Remember that to lose weight, all you have to do is eat healthy foods. It's that simple. Placing unnecessary food restrictions on yourself won't do you any good. Depriving yourself of your favorite foods will simply force you to start binge eating, and then over time, you will just gain far more weight than what you started with!
2. Don't you just hate counting calories all the time, throughout your life? Yes, most people just hates those diet programs that require them to know the calorie content of every single thing that they eat, along with counting calories of every piece of food that they have for dinner. It can be sickening! If you have ever counted calories, you will agree with me that it is not only very tedious and boring, but it's also very frustrating. Calorie counting at once makes the otherwise simple weight loss plan look very complicated, which then discourages you from achieving your weight loss goals.
Think for instance, what will you do before going to your favorite fast food restaurant? Would you plan your meal months or weeks in advance, or would you try to figure out whether the foods that you're going to be served with contain more calorie than you're allowed to take in?
3. Does your weight loss plan eat your wallet? The ideal weight loss plan should burn your fat, not your wallet! You should never join any expensive weight loss program that requires that you buy so called 'special foods' from them in order to lose that extra weight. In fact, you don't even need to eat any 'special' food to lose extra weight. You can get all the healthy foods you'll ever need from your local grocery store!
The best weight loss program should be one that gives you little or no food restrictions, won't require you to count calories all through out your life, and is also affordable at the same time! Have you found that diet plan yet?
